"I find fulfillment in capturing the mood of the pristine High Sierra landscape with the hope that my vision will open your eyes to a new way of looking; a greater appreciation for the beauty in our world...my ultimate goal is to pay homage to the One who created it all and allowed us the privilege to live in it and look at it." Fine artist Dan Petersen spent 40 years as a Professor of Art at the college level in Northern California and is currently spending time traveling and painting, in his continued awe of nature's natural beauty.
